American Bakers Association
Serving the baking industry since 1897, the American Bakers Association (ABA) represents all segments of the baking industry before the United States Congress, State Legislatures, and international regulatory authorities. ABA is dedicated to promoting public policy that is in the best interest of the baking industry.

American Institute of Baking
American Institute of Baking (AIB) offers a single source for education and research in the science of baking, bakery management, equipment, ingredients, cereal science, nutrition, food safety and hygiene, occupational safety and maintenance engineering.

American Pie Council

The Bread Bakers Guild of America
The Bread Bakers Guild of America is a nonprofit organization for professional bread bakers, bakery owners, suppliers and technical experts in the field. It was formed to promote interaction and the exchange of information between members and to raise professional standards of artisan bread bakers through education.

Independent Bakers Association
The Independent Bakers Association (IBA) is a Washington, D.C.-based national trade association of over 400 mostly family-owned wholesale bakeries and allied industry trades. The Association was founded in 1968 to protect the interests of independent wholesale bakers.

International Dairy-Deli-Bakery Association
IDDBA's mission is to expand its leadership role in promoting the growth and development of dairy, deli, and bakery sales in the retail food industry.

National Restaurant Association
The National Restaurant Association was created in 1923 by industry leaders who recognized that there are some things restaurateurs can do better when working together than they can do working alone. To this day, that credo serves as a basic principle for the Association as it continues to serve its members by representing, educating and promoting the restaurant industry.

North American Millers’ Association
North American Millers’ Association (NAMA) is the trade association of the wheat, corn, oat and rye milling industry. It is comprised of milling member companies operating mills in the United States and Canada and associate member companies representing the industries providing products and services to the mills.
