American Cheese Society Headquarters
The American Cheese Society (ACS) was founded in 1983 and has grown to include approximately 1,200 members. The Society’s membership includes farmstead, artisanal and specialty cheesemakers; academicians and enthusiasts; marketing and distribution specialists; food writers and cookbook authors; and specialty foods retailers from the United States, Canada and Europe.
 

American Culinary Federation, Inc.
The ACF, based in St. Augustine, Florida, was founded in 1929 in New York City as a professional not-for-profit organization for chefs. Its purpose is to promote education among culinarians at all levels, from apprentices to the highest masters of the culinary arts.

Chefs Collaborative
Chefs Collaborative is a national network of more than 1,000 members that seeks to encourage sustainable practices and improve the quality and taste of the food we eat. Membership is open to anyone interested in the interconnectedness of the environment and food choices.

James Beard Foundation
This not-for-profit organization established in 1986 celebrates the life of James Beard, the acknowledged "Father of American Cooking." The Foundation fosters the appreciation and development of gastronomy by preserving and promulgating our culinary heritage, and by recognizing and promoting excellence in all aspects of the culinary arts.

International Association of Culinary Professionals
International Association of Culinary Professionals (IACP) is a not-for-profit professional association which provides continuing education and development for its members who are engaged in the areas of culinary education, communication, or in the preparation of food and drink.

National Restaurant Association
The National Restaurant Association was created in 1923 by industry leaders who recognized that there are some things restaurateurs can do better when working together than they can do working alone. To this day, that credo serves as a basic principle for the Association as it continues to serve its members by representing, educating and promoting the restaurant industry.

Oldways Preservation and Exchange Trust
An educational organization organized in 1988 to preserve the healthy, environmentally-sustainable food and agricultural traditions of many cultures, and to make the lessons of these traditions more widely accessible.

United States Personal Chef Association
The United States Personal Chef Association is the largest organization dedicated to the Personal Chef Service industry.

Women Chefs and Restaurateurs
The mission of this organization is to promote the education and advancement of women in the restaurant industry and the betterment of the industry as a whole.

Women's Foodservice Forum
For 18 years, the Women's Foodservice Forum (WFF) has led the industry's efforts to develop gender-diverse leadership talent. Since its inception, WFF has made important differences in the personal and professional lives of individual members and the foodservice industry at large.
