The Shared Housing Program is reasonably priced, flexible,
convenient and secure. It combines the affordability of Dormitory
Style Living with the independence and privacy of Apartment Living.
It's ideal for single students and a good way to establish
independent living skills while making new friends.
How it Works
· Three to four
Students share 2 bedrooms, 2 bath apartments.
· Usually there are
two students per bedroom.
· Private rooms are
available but are limited and more expensive.
· A questionnaire
helps match students with similar interests.
· Apartments are
ready for move-in upon your arrival.
· Apartments are
located close to CSCA or public transportation.
· Apartments are
completely furnished with utilities paid.
· Lease agreements
are customized to fit the school's term.
· Individual lease
agreements protect you if a roommate leaves.
· You are not
liable for roommate's portion of the rent.
· Pets are not
allowed in the Shared Housing Program.
· Apartments are
smoke, drug, and alcohol free.
· No children,
significant others or spouses are allowed to join.
Pricing and Fees
· Non-refundable
Application fee: $75.00
· Refundable
security deposit fee: $500 with application co-signed and notarized
or $600 w/o cosigner and notarization.
· Shared rent is
$695 per month for a minimum of 3 mos ($2,085).
· Private rent is
$1000 per month for a minimum of 3 mos ($3,000).
